The 30-day challenge will take us through 18 key drivers of happiness within the five categories of Health, Purpose, Relationships, Stability and Mindset. To help us apply these drivers directly to our life, we make our very own Happiness List, along with a bulletproof system to ensure its daily fulfilment.
