Taking care of the world starts by taking care of ourselves. Our internal force of good is fuelled by being healthy and happy. Therefore, we’ll spend the next 30 days maximising our happiness and wellbeing!

The challenge will take us through 18 key drivers of happiness within the five categories of Health, Purpose, Relationships, Stability and Mindset. To help us apply these drivers directly to our life, we make our very own Happiness List, along with a bulletproof system to ensure its daily fulfilment.
